Ms Theodora Von HOHENSTAUFEN NOLL
Theodora works with private sector defense companies to help them promote security cooperation, interoperability and stabilization activities through economic development with partner and at-risk states. She actively assists companies with increasing international sales by counseling them in export related matters and leading them to foreign markets to meet with potential end users, distributors and representatives.
She facilitates relationships with Virginia companies to U.S. COCOMs and foreign militaries. A certified PMP, Theodora has her bachelor’s degree in German from Virginia Commonwealth University and her master’s degree from George Mason University in conflict analysis and resolution, focusing on inter- and intrastate conflict.
She is nearing completion on her second master’s degree in sustainable peace from the United Nations Mandated University for Peace. Theodora speaks German and Russian fluently. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Gold Key honor societies. Additionally, she is a member of the Virginia International Business Council (VAIBC) and founding President of the Organization of Women in International Trade – Central Virginia (OWIT-CVA).
